If the game was interrupted after wagers were suspended - I would consider challenging it - and by challenge, I mean asking to be paid. So my understanding of the rules would leave me to believe that if wagers were called off, that decision cuts both ways - players can not make new wagers and the house cannot interrupt the game. These are tools that could be employed by either party, with the understanding that it would be illegal. However, these programs are only good at picking a section surrounding a number - not at picking colors. In the final moments of a spin, these algorithms are extremely powerful. Wagers are called off because there are algorithms that can predict the final outcome which are considerably better than random - and beat the house edge by a considerable percentage.
